The Well is a place for cancer patients offering beauty and complementary therapies to any patient receiving treatment at Barnsley Hospital or living within the Barnsley area.
Our therapies include Acupuncture, Colour Therapy, Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Paraffin Wax for hands and feet, Reiki, and Reflexology. Beauty therapies include, brow and lash enhancements using stencil kits, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures. There is also a tailor-made service to teach people how to tie scarves and fit hats, which is located on ward 24.
The Well also offers advice on how to look after your scalp and hair during and after treatment for cancer.
